One-Day Taster Workshop on February 11th

Taster Workshop

A chance to discover which glass technique resonates with you by trying out different methods in the Taster Glass Workshop. After experiencing an hour each of hot glass blowing, open flame bead making, stained glass, or fusion, you can decide which technique excites you the most and further develop your skills in that area.

Here’s the program:

– **10:00-11:00 Hot Glass Blowing Workshop:** In this workshop, you will experience how different equipment and tools are used, and at the same time, you will shape the chosen form in the preferred colors with the guidance of the instructor using molten glass.

*The works created in this workshop will undergo a firing process and will be shipped later.

– **11:00-11:30: Tea-Coffee and break time**

– **11:30-12:30 Bead Making Workshop:** In this workshop, you will learn the basic bead shaping techniques and create various beads, including triangle, cube, cylinder, and flat beads.

– **12:30-13:30 Lunch Break**

– **13:30-14:30 Fusion or Stained Glass Workshop:** In the fusion workshop, you will place colored glass pieces on a clear glass plate by drawing and cutting them, creating a pattern. *The works created in this workshop will undergo a firing process and will be shipped later.* For the stained glass, you will get general information about stained glass and then proceed to practical experience with stained glass and tools on a chosen template.
